I had good and bad experiences about writing throughout my high school year. My english teachers. My english teachers have had the most impact on my writing skills. I had a different teacher almost every year and they did things different form the past year. I had to become a product of my enviornment in order to past the class.
My ninth grade teacher was more of the formal writing type of teacher. She was giving the knowledge she had for the years to come. She was almost the hardest English teacher I had. She never let anything slide; not even if you for got something. She also became my favorite teacher, because she challenge my writing skills.
My tenth and eleventh grade teacher was the craziest lady you could ever meet. She really didn't teach much because she was too busy fussing at us. I missed her after she retired, but she helped me past State Test. She taught me the skills I needed to past, both writing and english 2 test.
My twelth grade teacher treated our class like we was a college class. I guess she was trying to prepare us for college. I thought my ninth grade teacher was strict, but Mrs. Robinson (my twelth grade teacher) was something else. She assigned us to read the first five chapters of "The Great Gatsby", and bring in a summary of what we had read. I tried to get out her class, but Gwen Williams (my mother) wasn't going for it (but that's a whole another story). I guess in their own way, all my teachers had an impact on my writing skills
AYYYYE Wassup......I understand where you are coming from me and you are in the same boat. Writing we just got to do and deal with it. I’m glad that you like writing now because I also do too, so we can push each other and make each other writing skills better.
