what I have learned- Rikevia Wells

Well since I have been in the summer developmental program, I have grown and learned alot. I have learn you have to be serious about school and keep a tight balance. That mean with having a tight balance, there is a time to play and have fun, and there is a time to study and do homework. I have kearned that you have to be serious about school and do your work, so you want take zero 's for classes and be on time. I think with having a tight balance it will keep you out of trouble and will keep you on task. I think it will also keep your grades up and its a good motivation. I think with keeping a tight balance it will help me in the long run because it will help me be a better person and will help do some good in the future. I think that everybody should have a tight balance because if it can help me stay on task and do some good, it will help you in the long run too. So thats what I have learn since being in the summer developmental program.

  1. I agree with you Ri I do think you have grown alot as well as me. You do have to be serious about school, because if you are not then you will not succeed. THere are when you can play and goof off with friends, but there also have to be a time when you have to study. College is all about balance to me. You have to learn how to balance yourself as well as use your time wisely. For example instead of going back to the room, go to the library and study for a test-Ni'kevia Wells

  2. I agree with u because i truly say the first couple of weeks i didnt have tight blanace I had a lot of destractions going on that it was very hard for me to focus on the most important reason why I was here in the first place. So I had to get on it and remember why I was here ,and forget about everything that was happening in my surrounding and focus on me and my success.------ROBIN DAVIS

  3. I like this passage a lot. I am very pleased that one has noticed that they have grown up. When a person gets to college, I think they finally realize that it is time to grown up and be the person they are set out to become. Being childish will never cut it in the real world.
