Budgeting My Money-RanDarius Cooley
During my summer here at Mississippi State University, I have learned many difficult and easy lessons. One lesson I learned was to never shop when you are on a budget. During the Fourth of July, I spent over $250 when I only had $45 dollars in the bank. I went to Tupelo not knowing that there were sales going on. This lesson was difficult because I spent money that I did not have. Once my shopping experience was over I had to replace all of the money that was spent. In the future, hopefully the next I go shopping or out to eat, I need to make sure that I have money in my account, have my gas in my car, and etc. This experience was a lesson learned because I learned that I need to budget my money in a better way than I have been doing. Now that I have learned to budget my money, when I attend school at Mississippi State University in the fall I will know my expenses such as, the prices of things, where banks and ATMS are located, and other things.

I understand where you are coming from Randarius, you need to work budgeting your money, because that is one of the most important things in life. Having an overdraft on things only makes it harder for you in the future.

I truly understand what u saying Randarius, because before I came here money was not anything to me. I had it, I spent it, and of course I saved it, but when i got here it slowly but surley was going away. Only because I needed this and that for college. So by me having to experince that i have learned how to budget and i knew it was not really a choice. -----ROBIN DAVIS
