I had to attend this program in order to come to mississippi state in the fall. However, when I took my ACT I didnt to well on the english and math part of my test and I did excellent on my reading but I dont understand how I did so poorly on my math and english because those are one of my best subjects. Another reason why am here at this program is because I needed algebra 2 in order to come to mississippi state and for my senior year I never took algebra 2. i had my mind set on coming here, i was going to enjoy my summer and start out my freshman year but i had no choice but to come to summer school.
So me and my mother talked about it and figured out away for me to come to mississippi state. i didnt even know they had a summer developement program until I had got the letter and it said that i had to come and take that accuplacer test I started to prepare for it. to be real about it i wasnt gone come to this program because when i first saw then letter i thought it was a waste of time but now that think about it am happy that i cam here cause so far its really helping me a lot and enjoying myself.
At first I was kind of sad because i wanted spend time with my family and friends this summer and work but instead i have to go to school but one thing i know it will all work out for the best. know that am here at MSU i love it and i have made made alot of new friends and i think am getting then campus down pack.
I understand why you are here , and we all behind you encouraging. I know that you are smarter than you was in high school because i had the similar responsibilty. But we all have a second chance to be great and most people do not have that oppotunity as we do .

It is fully understandable why you are here, friend. You are not alone. We will succeed in this Summer Developmental Program together. No one is going thru this alone. I will be help you if you need anything. Let's get thru this time in this hot summer together.
