This Hot Summer

At first i was just going to come to Mississippi State in the fall but they told me that my math test score wasnt high enough so now here i am at the Summer Develop program Iidnt think I was going to be taking this Summer Development Program untill I came to Mississippi State to register for Summer school classes. S0 ihad to get in the program and in order to enroll in Mississippi State. I didnt really want to get in the program cause i thought i was gone get home sick the whole time I was up here, and not focus on what i came up here to do. so I told myself "your mother is going to always be there when you return home" so I set my mind frame that im going to pass this program. The classes im taking is math,reading,english and the fall in will prepared for my algebra course.


I didnt really understand math when I was in high school,it was kind of difficult. What I learned is to not be late for class, another I learned was that its good to build a relationship with your piers and your teachers and that if you develop a strong bond with them, you'll always get help in the courses your taking.In the program they offer you help and everything so you can pass. As I attend the program I learn more and more about Mississippi State,the classes, professors,how to get to the buildings the quick way. Eventhough they gave us a map on the first day I was still getting lost but I made my way around campus to my classes it was kind of difficult but Idid it.
