To be honest at first I was not even going to attend this summer development program. I did not even know this program exist until now. I thought I would take some of my basic classes at East Mississippi Community College then just transfer over in the fall. That was my plan, but my mother had other ideas. She thought that it would be best if I did this program to better prepare me for MSU. I hate to admit it but she was right.
I knew that I needed the extra help I just did not want to admit it to her. Though this is my first week here I noticed that the courses I am taking are preparing me for the fall semester and to be honest I need that. I love to read and I thought that I was at a great reading level, but just from one day I have realized that my vocabulary is not very good. Even in English I have realized that I had very poor grammer skills when it came to writing. Also that I sometimes write to fast and do not even notice a mistake, I am going to really need help with that in the near future.
Math has always been one of my weakest subjects. I know that I am going to have to pass this course this summer in order to attend MSU in the fall. So I plan to work really hard and develop some good study habits in order to knock this class out. Hopefully this workout for me by the time my nine weeks here are up.
Girl mama will never tell you anything wrong she wants you to do the best. I feel where u comin from though I wouldnt have mind going to a junior college either. This program should help you adjust to college classes and life.
