The reason I came to Mississippi State Summer Development Program is because i did not score well on my ACT or accuplacer. So far i enjoyed Mississippi State campus and the people on it. Hopefully after the summer development program i become a full student here at Mississippi State in the fall. Why i am here i want to meet new people and make new friends. So far i have made a whole group of friends, who stays in my dorm at rice hall. College is very important and serious to me and my family. Making the transation from high school to college was a very big step because you have to be responsible and you have to really watch the people you hang around with. In order to make it in life you have to be serious about life and school. I surround myself with people who wanna do good in life and wanna be something. In order to reach your destination you have to follow the right path. I have a lot of brothers and sisters and i want them to look up to me and come to me when they need anything. Every morning i wake up i give God praise and I thank him for letting me see another day. I also like during community work in my community so that i can be a role model to the children where i am from. Growing up where i'm from its hard to stay on the right path and do the right thing when you have people that wanna see you do bad, but i don't let people bring me down or tell me what to do because i have my own brain and my heart is always in the right place. So why i'm here i might as well do the best i can do and make myself and my family proud.
