challenging courses- Rikevia Wells
Well since I have been in this summer program, my most challenging course has been in my english class. What I really had problems with in english was the coordination and subordination clauses. This shock me because I have always did good with this section in high school.I never had a problem with it, but now I do. I mean I study for tests and I do my homework, but it is still coming as a problem to me. I really don't know what to say because in high school I was always good at it, the only thing I had problems with is writing. I mean I have went to tutoring and everything, but this section in english was killing me. Its like when I think I know the materials and I think I have passed the test I end up failing the test and having to go to tutoring. But somethimes I must say that I just make careless mistakes or I don't been have paid attention,or I just dont understand. I mean I am one of those students that I have to hear the teacher say something constantly in order for me to get it.I think maybe if I just work a little harder and ask my teacher more question I will do good on coordination and subordination clauses, but I dont know. Well all in all I know what I have to work on. I just think I need to improve my study habitats and do that extra practice work on the computer and with doing that, I think that will help me pass my english class this semester.

Ri I have the same problem. English is killing me too! I also end up going to tutoring also, after test. And on home work I always get most of my problems wrong, even though I think I have gotten something right it ends up wrong. Or I end up learning it after the unit is over with.---Robin Davis
