Changes-NI'kevia Wells

Since being in this course alot has changed for me. My writing perspective are much different since I have been in this program. I mean I have learned to be more indepth with my writing, and have been trying to learn how to write in this diamond style, which I have yet to master. Something else that has changed is the work. I used to be really good when it came to my work in High school, but since being in this program it just seem like I am getting by. My speaking I think is getting better. I mean that is something that is going to take time to change. I have been working on talking so that people could understand me and so far I think so good. As far as my thinking level it has changed, because since being in this class, I catch onto things much slower. I mean it take alot of examples as well as hard thinking just to get some of the homework that we do. English used to be my favorite subject in High School, but since I have come here it has gotten more complicated.

What measures do you think you can take to help you improve your understanding of the concepts and do more than just "getting by" in this course? --Mrs. Dechert

    To tell you the truth I dont really see anything wrong with the way you speak. I agree when you say it will take time to correct the way you speak cause it will. My writing has changed progressively as yours and I plan to keep it that way.

    i think that when people speak, it is an on going thing, like driving you are constantly learning. so i dont think you need to be so hard on yourself. i admit this program is nothing like high school, but as a challenge i think we need to try and knock these three classes out the park. so that we can attend here in the fall.

    Hello NI'kevia,I agree with you on this.I'm the same way.From being in this program my skills are improving.I don't think my writting is the best, but I kno by the time this program is over it will be on point.Good luck and keep working toward your goals in this program.
