Why do we speak differently- Rikevia Wells

Well I think to me the reason why people talk different is because where they came from. To me everybody has a different way of speaking. I think that a person from the country has a more distinct accent than the people from the city .To me the people from the city pronounce their words better, where you are able to understand them.I feel like people from the south drag their words and use more abbrevation, than the people in the north. I think that the United States period change and use theirs words and the way they speak all the time.

  1. i agree because people from the south do drag there words and it become a slang language then they tend to add letters into words that make you pronouce it differently, and up north i do not know what to say on that, only that some of there English words sound way better than the south at times.
